Step 1 — Go to the "Join A-Team" link at the top of this page and click on it. This is the first of two simple steps. (Steps 3–5 take place after you've registered as an A-Team member.)
 

Step 2 — Fill out the application form carefully. Double-check all information for accuracy. (You can change it at any time in the future from your Affiliate Account Control Panel.)

Step 3 — Log into your Affiliate Account Control Panel (the next page after you submit your application) and spend a little time exploring, using the menu links at the top or side of each page.

Click on the link marked "My Account" and make a note of your Affiliate ID Number (in the red-bordered box above your personal information). Write it down and keep it near your computer.

To log in in future, go to http://www.profitclinicstore.com and click on the tile that says Affiliate Control Panel Log-in.
